So, who are we?
Thanks for asking.
We are a husband and wife who also happen to be the (usually) proud parents of six rescue dogs. Yes, you’re right, we are absolutely crazy. But what we are more than anything is dog lovers.
My wife started her own rescue in 2019 and has found new homes for over 160 dogs already.
A big reason I started K9 was I wanted to help my wife attain her dual goals of retiring early and devoting more time to her rescue. To that end, a portion of all sales of our products goes to help with the costs of operating the rescue.
Our Extended Puppy Family
Since a portion of all sales of K9 Merchandise products goes to a dog rescue that’s very close to our hearts, we feel it’s the least we could do to introduce you to a few of the pooches who’ve come into our lives over the past several years.
Cooper
Adopted from a rescue when he was four, the late, great Cooper was his mommy's protector while at the same time being putty in her hands. A legend.
Philly
He was not only my wife's cure for empty nest syndrome, but also, at least in his mind, the alpha of the family. Still in our hearts.
Brady
Born at the same rescue facility as Cooper and adopted with him, Brady Boy was the sweetest, most family-oriented dog I've ever known. He wouldn't even go for a walk if the entire household wasn't with us. Miss him every day.
